Med Aesthetics Miami is a practitioner-led medical spa with three South Florida locations.
The practice began as an idea inside a small office at the University of Miami Hospital, founded by Rosana Bermejo, ARNP, approximately fifteen years ago. It started in Coral Gables and has since grown to Aventura and Lauderdale-By-The-Sea.
Rosana Bermejo, ARNP, built the practice around a personalized approach — assessing each client’s individual goals, concerns, and skin history during a wellness consultation before recommending a treatment plan, rather than applying a standard package.
Board-certified physicians provide clinical oversight at every location; the full clinical team is listed on the Our Team page.
Every location operates under the practice’s proprietary “Skin & Beyond” method. As the practice has expanded its treatment menu over the past fifteen years, its focus on individualized, practitioner-led care has stayed the same.
