Returns, Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows

Med Aesthetics Miami does not provide refunds for products or services purchased. Instead, any eligible amount will be credited toward future treatments and procedures.

Full payment for services is due on or before the time of your office visit.

Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours’ advance notice. If you do not provide notice in accordance with this policy, we reserve the right to charge a $30 cancellation fee.

A $59 booking fee is due at the time of booking. This fee is nonrefundable but may be applied toward treatments received at the scheduled office visit.

Handling of Personal Data

Patients of Med Aesthetics Miami may be contacted via email and/or text message to remind them of appointments, obtain feedback regarding their experience with the Med Aesthetics Miami team, and provide relevant information.

If an email address or mobile phone number is provided to Med Aesthetics Miami, this form serves as consent to receive appointment reminders and other communications at that email address or phone number. Consent includes receiving text messages from Med Aesthetics Miami at the mobile phone number provided and any number forwarded or transferred to that number, as well as emails containing the communications described above.

This consent to receive emails and text messages will apply to all future appointment reminders, feedback requests, and health-related information unless otherwise requested.

Med Aesthetics Miami does not charge for this service; however, standard text messaging rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Please contact your carrier for pricing information and details.

Treatments

  1. No guarantee has been made by anyone regarding the results that may be obtained. Treatments are medical services, satisfaction cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds will be provided due to dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes.
  2. This form serves as acknowledgment that the staff at Med Aesthetics Miami have explained the following:
    • The treatment or procedure to be performed.
    • Alternative procedures or methods of treatment may be available.
    • There are risks associated with the proposed treatment or procedure.
    • Any questions I have asked have been answered to my satisfaction.
  3. Med Aesthetics Miami is not responsible for personal items that are lost or left behind during your visit. We recommend that you keep your valuables with you at all times.
  4. While we offer advanced, high-quality laser technology, we do not guarantee the use of any specific machine or device for Laser Hair Removal treatments. Our team of professionals is highly trained to customize treatment settings based on your hair and skin type, ensuring optimal results using the technology best suited to your needs.
  5. Promotional offers expire two (2) years after the date of purchase. Amounts paid never expire.
