General Office Policies

With reference to returns, cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows:

Med Aesthetics Miami does not refund amounts paid to us for the purchase of any products or services. Instead, we credit any amounts pending to treatments and procedures.

Our cancellation policy requires 24-hour advanced notice. In the event that you do not notify us according to the policy specified above, we reserve the right to charge a $15.00 cancellation fee.

With reference to the handling of personal data:

Patients in Med Aesthetics Miami may be contacted via email and/or text messaging to remind you of an appointment, to obtain feedback on your experience with the Med Aesthetics Miami team, and to provide information.

If at any time an email or text address is provided to Med Aesthetics Miami for contacting, this form serves as a consent to receiving appointment reminders and other communications/information at that email or text address from Med Aesthetics Miami. A consent is assumed to receive text messages from Med Aesthetics Miami at the cell phone provided and any number forwarded or transferred to that number or emails to receive communication as stated above. This request to receive emails and text messages will apply to all future appointment reminders/feedback/health information unless requested otherwise.

Med Aesthetics Miami does not charge for this service, but standard text messaging rates may apply as provided in your wireless plan (contact your carrier for pricing plans and details.

With reference to treatments:

  1. No guarantee has been given by anyone as to the results that may be obtained.
  2. This form serves as an acknowledgment that it has been explained by the staff at Med Aesthetics Miami the following:
    1. The above treatment or procedure to be undertaken.
    2. There may be alternative procedures or methods for treatment.
    3. There are risks to the procedure/treatment proposed.
    4. Any questions I may have asked have been answered to my satisfaction.
