In April, we celebrate Earth Day and Health Day, as well as the Month of Hope . . . April reminds us to care of our natural wealth – health, and to celebrate our Earth. To me, it is a month of youth and new beginnings. It welcomes the Spring, season where the flowers bloom and the birds hatch. It reminds me to smell the roses and enjoy the moment, because no matter how hectic it can get, April's fresh air can help us combat stress and become more creative and efficient.
