Do you Sit for Too Long?

The increased risk was in addition to other risks associated with these diseases, such as smoking or high blood pressure. The solution is to stand and move whenever you can, such as when you are on the phone.

The study concluded that moderate to vigorous exercise did not change the statistics above significantly. By moving around, -You will definitely burn more calories, which results in weight loss and higher energy.
